My three favorites

Se há coisa que gosto de fazer é cuidar bem da minha pele e recentemente descobri três produtos tão bons que não poderia deixar de partilhar convosco. Começando pela Black Mask da Pilaten, perfeita para acabar com os pontos negros e oleosidade da pele. Confesso que nunca tinha feito e adorei o resultado final. Podem encontrar estas saquetas na Fapex. Deixo-vos algumas dicas sobre a utilização desta máscara:

 1. Antes de aplicar a Black Mask no rosto, recomendo que testem no braço e esperem por 5 minutos para ver se não haverá reações alérgicas. É sempre melhor prevenir do que remediar.

2. É importante também seguir os passos corretamente para que a máscara deixe melhores resultados.

3. Muito importante: Devemos colocar uma toalha quente no rosto antes da máscara, para abrir os poros da pele e tornar mais fácil a extração dos pontos negros e impurezas.

 4. A Black Mask pode ser aplicada em todo o rosto e não apenas no nariz, como vemos em alguns videos e fotografias. Não é  de todo recomendável aplicar a máscara muito perto dos olhos.

5. Após aplicar a máscara o tempo até que ela seque pode ser maior do que 15 minutos. O tempo pode variar devido à quantidade de produto. Assim que sentirem que a máscara já está bem seca, podem retirar.

6. A máscara deve ser retirada muito devagarinho (quem já experimentou sabe que é impossível tirar rápido) e preferencialmente de baixo para cima.

7. Após retirarem a máscara devem lavar o rosto com água bem gelada para ajudar a fechar os poros.

8. Muito importante: Durante todo este processo as mãos devem estar muito bem limpinhas.

Outro dos produtos que descobri recentemente foi o spray apaziguador para pele sensível e irritada da La Roche-Posay. Ajuda a melhorar a textura da pele, diminui a irritação e ajuda a controlar o excesso de sebo, podem encontrar este produto AQUI. Para terminar apresento-vos o meu favorito de sempre, o cuidado de desobstrução corretivo anti-imperfeições e anti-marcas da La Roche-Posay, com resultados visíveis logo após uma semana. If there is one thing I like to do is to take good care of my skin and I have recently discovered three such good products that I could not fail to share with you. Starting with the Black Mask from Pilaten, perfect remove all the black spots and oiliness of the skin. I confess I had never done it and I loved the end result. You can find these sachets at Fapex. I leave you some tips on using this mask:

 1. Before applying the Black Mask on the face, I recommend that you try it on the arm and wait for 5 minutes to see if there will be no allergic reactions. Prevention is always good.

2. It is also important to follow the steps correctly so that the mask gives better results.

3. Very important: You must put a warm towel on the face before the mask, to open the pores of the skin and make it easier to extract the black spots and impurities.

4. Black Mask can be applied all over the face and not just the nose, as we see in some videos and photographs. It is not recommended to apply the mask too close to the eyes.

5. After applying the mask the time until it dries can be longer than 15 minutes. The time may vary due to the quantity of product. Once you feel the mask is already dry, you can remove it.

6. The mask should be removed very slowly (anyone who has experienced knows that it is impossible to take fast) and preferably from the bottom up.

7. After removing the mask, wash the face with very cold water to help close the pores.

8. Very important: Throughout this process the hands should be very clean.

Another of the products I discovered recently is La Roche-Posay's sensitive and irritated skin reliever spray. Helps improve skin texture, decreases irritation and helps control excess sebum, you can find this product HERE. To finish I present you my all-time favorite, La Roche-Posay’s corrective anti-imperfections and anti-patches clearing care with visible results just after a week. My all time essentials

Hoje trago-vos mais três essenciais e estes já são de há alguns anos. Podem encontrá-los todos na Fapex. Sabem aqueles produtos que depois de experimentar-mos não há nenhum outro que o substitua? O mais antigo da minha lista de favoritos é a máscara The Colossal Go Extreme da Maybelline. A forma não mudou muito em comparação com versões anteriores, no entanto, a embalagem reflete um novo design moderno.

Esta máscara encaixa perfeitamente na palma da mão e pode ser agarrada firmemente, o que ajuda em muito. Quem nunca experimentou uma mascara ótima mas o design da embalagem não facilita em nada a sua aplicação. Ao contrario das outras edições da Maybelline, esta por ser extra preto, deixa o olhar muito mais intenso, perfeito para smokey eyes. O melhor é que depois muitas utilizações o pincel continua intacto, é realmente incrível, contínua com a mesma flexibilidade.

E porque todas nós sofremos na altura de remover a maquilhagem após um longo dia, este rímel sai facilmente ao contrário de muitos. O mais interessante é a origem da  Maybelline, que foi criada por Williams após ver que a sua irmã aplicava nas pestanas uma mistura de vaselina e pó de carvão triturado para conseguir um olhar mais dramático, não é surreal?

Outro dos meus mais queridos de sempre é este sun protect da Labello com SPF 30, para além de proteger os lábios do sol, é muito hidratante. No Verão é um dos meus melhores amigos, quer na praia, quer no dia-a-dia. Normalmente protegemos o rosto e o corpo e acabamos por nos esquecer dos lábios, é importante mantê-los hidratados e de vez em quando fazer uma esfoliação para retirar as peles mortas.

Para terminar, um produto que todas vocês já conhecem e é difícil viver sem ele. O shampoo seco da Batiste, é perfeito para dar volumes às raizes do cabelo, faz milagres meninas! Podem encontrar este produto AQUI. Basta aplicar, deixar atuar por cinco minutos e massajar bem para retirar alguns resíduos. Existem vários produtos deste género no mercado, mas até agora, este é para mim, o que cumpre melhor a sua função, aliado a um bom preço. Algum destes produtos é o vosso favorito? Contem-me tudo.

Today I bring you three more essentials and these are already since a few years ago. Do you know those products that after experiencing them there are no others that replace it? The oldest on my favorite list is Maybelline's The Colossal Go Extreme. The shape has not changed much compared to previous versions, however, the packaging reflects a new modern design.

This mask fits perfectly in the palm of the hand and can be gripped tightly, which helps a lot. Who has never tried a great mascara but the design of the packaging does not make your application any easier. Unlike other editions of Maybelline, for being extra black, gives a much more intense look, perfect for smokey eyes. The best is that after many uses the brush remains intact, it is truly amazing, it keeps the same flexibility.

And because we all suffer at the time of removing make-up after a long day, this mascara comes out easily unlike many. The most interesting is the origin of Maybelline, which was created by Williams who saw his sister applied a mixture of petroleum jelly and crushed coal powder to achieve a more dramatic look, isn't it surreal?

Another of my ever-dear ones is this sun protect from the Labello with SPF 30, in addition to protecting the lips from the sun, it is very moisturizing. In the summer it is one of my best friends, both on the beach and day-to-day. Usually we protect the face and body and eventually forget about the lips, it is important to keep them hydrated and from time to time exfoliate to remove the dead skin.

Finally, a product that you all already know and it is difficult to live without. Batiste's dry shampoo, is perfect for giving volume to hair roots, it makes miracles girls! You can find this product HERE. Simply apply, leave to act for five minutes and massage well to remove some residue.
